Terms of Service

NetivOS is a team execution and personal focus platform. For organisations it provides vision planning, quarterly goals, KPI tracking, blocker management, role maps and coaching sessions. For individuals it provides daily planning, goals, rhythm, task capture, calendar integration, meeting capture from Fathom, Fireflies and Granola, meeting follow-ups and the Focus assistant. Features may evolve over time.

Accounts are invite-only: you can use NetivOS only after being invited by an organisation or the operator. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account.

You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to access another user's or organisation's data, no interference with the platform's operation, and no use of connected integrations (such as Google Calendar, Fathom, Fireflies or Granola) in violation of those providers' own terms. You are responsible for the API keys you connect and for having the right to share meeting content you import.

You retain ownership of the content you enter. Our use of it is described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected].

We work to keep NetivOS available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may change as the product develops.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Epicenter Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of profits or business interruption arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

The operator may suspend or terminate access at any time, for example for breach of these terms or misuse of the service. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
